We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our IPTV service for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of subscription activation
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • You have attempted to resolve issues with our support team first

2. Valid Reasons for Refund

We accept refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Service not working on your Samsung Smart TV after following setup guides
  • Persistent buffering or freezing issues (after troubleshooting)
  • Channels consistently unavailable or not loading
  • App compatibility issues with your specific Samsung TV model

2.2 Service Dissatisfaction

  • Content quality does not meet advertised standards
  • Significant channel lineup differences from what was described
  • Frequent service interruptions or downtime

2.3 Accidental Purchase

  • Duplicate subscription purchased in error
  • Wrong subscription plan selected
  • Purchased for incompatible device (non-Samsung TV)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund request made after 14 days of subscription activation
  • Issues caused by your internet connection or device settings
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Change of mind after extensive usage (more than 7 days)
  • Issues with third-party IPTV apps (we provide setup guidance but app issues are outside our control)

4. How to Request a Refund

7. Subscription Cancellations
